Appointment Policy

To allow adequate time for all patients, we operate primarily by appointment, however walk-ins are welcome. Walk-ins will be seen after all regularly scheduled appointments. True medical emergencies will be considered a priority.

Payment for all services are due at the time those services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept cash or check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Care Credit.

For the protection of you and your pet, as well as those around you, all dogs MUST be on a leash and properly controlled while in the hospital.

All cats must be presented in an appropriate carrier or on a leash.

For the protection of you and our staff, please allow our technicians to restrain your animal during examination.
